to report your possible attendance to the
village board president or clerk by noon
Friday, prior to the next regular monthly
scheduled meeting.
Minutes of meetings open to the public are
available for public inspection within seven
days of the approval of such minutes as
the official minutes of the proceedings
by the public body. Contact the Village
clerk to establish viewing time. Minutes
are posted at the Franklin Grove Bank.
